False advertising. They state 30 day, money back guarentee with no questions asked. If you can actually talk to a "customer service representative", they will only direct you to download a refund request form where you must provide a detailed reason for you request. It is stated on the form that certain reasons are not acceptable and will not be honored. A total scam. I should have been smarter, but was sucked in to the gimmick. No address listed to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am waiting for the purchase on my credit card to move from pending transactions to posted transactions to dispute the purchase. Also, the sales representative threatened me that if I were to receive a refund and also dispute it with my credit card company that they would consider it some form of consumer scam and pursue legal actions. I had not even brought up disputing it with my credit card company to the representative when he said this. The representative from the Better Business Bureau stated this was untrue and a intimidation tactic, probably for me to spin my wheels beyond the 30 day warrantee period or to not file a claim at all. I am so frustrated.
