Rushcard wont return money

Omgggggg this is the worst experience i have ever had regarding fraud, i had two transactions deducted from my baby phat rush card over $500, i called customer service to report this, i was informed to complete a dispute form and fax over the police report i did everything they asked every week i can not get a direct answer regarding my claim, the money that was taken was money for my kids christmas gifts, no one can give me a direct answer regarding my dispute i even called the merchant they informed me the credit card can refund the money and they can file against us (the merchant) they are more helpful than rush card the customer service is horrible and totally scripted and no one knows anything, 90 days come on to complete a investigation is totally untrue so everyday i will keep calling until i decide to obtain legal help... 90 days i will not wait for my money i felt comfortable because of russell simons, i wonder if he knows he is advertising a horrible company... Beaware of rush card i just will keep my own money if i ever get it back...
