I entered the Bidrack.com site through an advertisement. Based on the initial page, I was led to believe I would be able to access the site after registering for a "free" account. Immediately upon registering my name and billing info, my account was charged $99.00 USD. I saw no disclosure that my credit card would be charged, nor did I authorize any charges to my account. I had no intention to purchase a "bid pack" or any other service or merchandise, I was simply registering for a "free" account. I immediately realized this was fraudulent and phoned Bidrack customer service. The service representative refused to issue a refund. After continued conversation she stated she would e-mail a form so that I could request a refund. I have never received such form. I have made several phone calls as well as e-mails to Bidrack to demand a refund, but have had no response from Bidrack. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company (as they would not stop the charge from going through on my credit card). I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
