Vhe has been in for service same problem, 5-6x for a drive train issue (slipping) since Dec 1... No one at Dealership, has been any help since original problem. Dealership General Manger Tom Hull is like talking to an Empty box... Newly installed Service Manger Jack Maddox, although he respects my problem, has made some empty promises, and comes up w questions and comments, that insult my intelligence. Nissan customer assistance are a complete waste of time and give you the impression that they understand your problem and will fight for (you) the customer, also to no avail 4 customer case files opened since Dec. OPENED AND ALL CLOSED NO HELP! Requested from dealership to file a formal complaint w the Wright Family No voice mail, go figure? They manage to put their name on all their dealerships, then hide from their customer if a problem arises. Funny thing is my family have been buying vhes off of the Wright family for 3 generations. Poor, poor ownership, deaf ears. Beyond Ticked and frustrated... Jab
