Problem With Brakes

On 4/18 I purchased a Chevrolet Malibu at landers Nissan on Goodman Road in MS. The saleman Ricky Allen told me the brakes on the car were new and tires. The next day the car was returned to the dealership to repair a faulty door and my son told them the brakes were messing up. Each week since I first pruchased the car we had to get a new drive out tag. My son told Mr Allen and Mike that something was wrong with the brakes. Over the week end on 5/4 the brake problem scared my son so he parked the car and continued to call Nissan and left several messages.

Today (5/8) at about 07:00 am Mike told my son to bring the car in. After inspecting the car they said it was unsafe to drive with the brake and brake pads needing replaced. Nissan refused to repair the car. I would not have purchased a car for more that 10,000.00, if it has not been a Nissan dealership and the salesman telling me the brakes and tires were new.
