I am a concerned citizen writing this expose that I fervently hope and pray would end up as an eye-opener for other righteous citizens inthe other states concerning the unconscientiously unscrupulous practices by the employees of the Jersey City Parking Authority in Hudson County in Northern New Jersey (349 Central Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07307). What these sleazy Jersey City Parking Authority employees would do is that they would indiscriminately put illegal parking tickets on different cars randomly eben though cars are parked properly and legally at the curb.

My father and I have fallen prey to these avaricious and greedy tactics by the JCPA in a shady effort to ripoff motorists and line their pockets, with these funds collected from parking tickets used for these JCPA employees' and their supervisors' personal use.in other words, illegally or unethically placed tickets on windshield are designed to rip motorists off of their hard-earned money just to line their pockets and none of these collected parking ticket funds ever go towards infrastructure and to repave chronically dangerous potholes especially on Kennedy Boulevard and West Side Avenue.

I honestly believe that these Jersey City Parking Authority employees are fulfiiling a quota at the expense of hardworking citizens that abide by the law and otherwise park their cars properly and legally. The State of New Jersey particularly Hudson County has been known to be a den of corrupt and abusive practices by politicians and government employees themselves as evidenced by the arrests of Hudson County mayors in 2009 by the FBI for illegal contract bidding, which ruffled a lot of feathers nationally.

I just hope. Wish and fervently pray that this concrete, substantial and definitive expose would reach state and federal levels enough for these crooked city government employees to be accordingly sanctioned so they could be stopped dead in their tracks and be prevented from doing this to somebody else. I just fervently and vehemently hope, wish and pray that the city of Jersey City would clean up its reputation so it can set a good example for the rest of the state to emulate. What the Jersey City Parking Authority and the rest of the city agencies have been doing has reached tremendously disgusting heights.
