Parking Attendent Wrecked Ca

While serving on jury duty my wife parked her car at the System Parking lot recommended by the Hamilton County jury commission. It is a lot where they park the cars several deep, so you have to leave your keys so they can move cars around during the day to get other cars in or out. When she arrived home from jury duty and walked to the other side of the car to go into the house, she saw that the parking attendant had hit dented the rear quarter panel on the passenger side of the car.

We complained to the parking attendant and to his supervisor, Leo, but were told that since we did not inspect the car before leaving the lot, they are not liable.
