Bought a purse from Just Fab last year. Just noticed last month on my cc statementjthey were continuining to charge me monthly. I called, received one month credit to my cc and three store credits that I had apparently paid for. Told them at that time to cancel me. One week later, they charged my account again. After 30 minutes of arguing with a 12 year old, was told there was nobody above her that I could speak to. Contacted cc company and reported fraudulent use on my card since I had told them I wanted to terminate my relationship and they ignored it. Was also told that my conversation was recorded but they were not interested in retrieving it to hear that my words were "I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR COMPANY, YOU ARE A SCAM AND THIEVES!"
On another note, the product is substandard at best. The purse I bought fell apart within 2 weeks. The shoes I ordered from my 3 credits were NOT what I saw online and the purse was the most hideous piece of garbage I had ever seen!
