I placed an order for what i thought were two small trial tubes at a cost of £2.95 and £4.95 and waited for my order, but looking at my bank account two weeks later i had found out that a total of £139.90 had been taken from bank account without my knowledge, which i could not afford as I am not on a high salary, and live on my own. This amount took me over my limit with the bank and i now have to pay the bank charges as well. There was no information on the web page about this amount which i was later told was in the terms and conditions but there were no terms and conditions on the link page when i placed my order. I have been told there is no possibility of getting my money back it is disgusting.
