These people advertise an e-cigarette starter kit, not a trial offer starter kit and all you pay is $4.95 for shipping. It sold as a promo not a subscription. There is no box to check stating you are accepting any terms. Then 14 days later you are charged $179.00. Contact your bank and report fraud. Hopefully you've used a credit card rather than a debit. Never ever use your debit card with a company you've never done business with!!!

Be sure you copy the web page to a document to fax to your bank fraud dept and copy the link to them so they can see for themselves. These rotten people do have some terms & conditions buried at the bottom of the page in a black box that is barely visible and and that is how they are avoiding prosecution Since there don't appear to be any traps on the promo page that makes you feel okay to order the product, one wouldn't notice that on the payment information page there is another box in black that states that by clicking submit order, you are giving them permission to call this a trial offer, bound by the terms and conditions that are so well hidden on the promo page.

You can get your money back. Be relentless. Do not let these evil monsters off the hook. Oh, you won't get what they said either. I got a "Fifty-One Trio" starter kit, no 20 page instruction booklet, no case. The kit did have a us charger and 5 cartridges. The product is actually pretty good and it is likely I'd have placed an order for more cartridges. It's just too bad these scum feel they have to get their business via scam rather than on the merit of their product.
