Bluedogink charges your credit card more than the total it shows on your bill ripoff

We ordered an item from Bluedogink.com and were given an order information page showing the item cost, shipping, and tax totaling $31.62. We printed out the page showing this as the total.

When we got our credit card statement, Bluedogink had charged $41.62. Thinking someone had keyed in the wrong number, we asked to have it corrected.

We were told that when you check the box that says you agree to the "terms and conditions" of the sale, you agree to let them add a $10 "handling charge" to your order.

I stated that I would request a refund from the credit card company, but Bluedogink's representative said if I did so, the same "terms and conditions" allowed them to charge our account $50.

I emailed them requesting a link to their "terms and conditions" so that I could read this for myself. They never responded.

We find these business practices abhorrent and recommend that others avoid this disreputable company.
