Rip-off! They owe me a refund

I called to cancel my acct and they still took money from my acct. The customer service rep that I spoke to told me the only thing that I needed to do was send in a copy of the transaction going through my bank and my money would be refunded. I gathered all required information and sent it to their address.

When I called to check on this they told me that I needed to fill out another form. They sent the form to me I sent it back along with a copy of the information I had sent previously. This was in April and I am still waiting for my refund. Each time I call, I get told that I will receive a refund, it will take 10-14 business days. Just recently the excuse that they gave for this taking so long was that they had changed refund processors and that they were looking into why my money had not been refunded.
