Washballs
Need to be fined for stealing money! Ripoff! Never to be trusted!

Washballs took money from my account and never sent me any information. I submitted a request for a refund which stated that they would refund my money in 14 days. It has been 5 months and I call to remind them that I am not leaving until they refund my money. I know that their call center is in the Phillipines because I have spoken to them every week. They have no clue! The call center is in the Phillipines. They have no access to the office in Las Vegas. I don't shoot the messenger, but I will do everthing I can to get my money back! I will keep calling and I will go to the office in Las Vegas if there is one and hope to speak to someone! I will get my refund and they have really pushed my patience.
They took money from my account and now will repay me my money. They should even pay for the interest for taking so long!!!
