My little cousin filled oout for the card while i was at work using my info that was by the computer check book/ss card/visa card to fill out a form for pre paid credit card when i asked her did she push submit she said no she backed out of the form before she could submit it because she realized they was going to take money out of my acct. They put the process through with out my knowledge when i wrote a check it bounced that's when i found out they took 139.95 out of my checking acct. I immediately called and spoke to someone named howard whom reassured me that PBG would refund me my money after submiting a refund form that he had to send to me and i was to fill the form out and sned it back to bet my refund. I did just that then they sent me a form saying that they bcanceled the acct but they aren'nt refunding me my money. I spoke to charles operator#156 whom told me the money was non refundable, then i hung up. I called right back and said to joseph another operator that he can resubmit my card because it did not make since to give away 139.95 so they might as well send me the card he reinstated the info and taped the call voice print #3392000 which i told him the whole story again and he told me to just give him the3 info he needed to submit the card telling me there would be a fee of 12.95 taken out of my acct each month whichy i never agreed to so now i'm stuck with a pre paid cc that i did not want and am trying to look for an advocate / lawyer to hjelp with my situation
