My husband signed up for this program in Sept was charged $97.00 and $89.00 not even sure how they did it. Once my husband received the log-in information he replied back to cancel his account and refund his money. This was in November.in late April he called the customer service line and was given a conf# and was told the money would be refunded back to the credit card in 7-10 days. No refund was given so in late May my husband called back and again and spoke to another rep and told the story again... And was told the refund would be processed after the memorial holiday. On May 29 called and spoke to yet another rep. And was told the refund was processed that morning and would be back in our account in 3-5 days. Called today June 6 and only to be told there was a problem with processing the credit either bec of our bank, credit card or on their end. Funny no one ever contacted us to notify that this was an issue and they had phone and email address... Now they are sending a check from the corporate office; however unable to give a phone number to corp. Office all they have is an email. Believe me the "corporate office" is going to get an email from me today. I am so over dealing with this company and it isn't totally about the money it just they way they are trying to scam us. We will eventually get tired of jacking with them and let it go. This is how they make their money. They better get ready cause I ain't going away...
