I ordered a 14 day free trial offer from leanmusclex.org in jan. 2012 to this date i have not recieved my free offer even though i was charged for shipping and handling.in feb. 2012 my bank account was charged $89.66. Again still havent recieved a single thing from this company. On March 14 i called them and told them my situation. I was told i would get a full refund for the charges i recieved in feb. 2012 within 3 to 5 biusness days. Today March 15 they went into my bank account and took out $89.66 and then refunded that money. So i called them today to find out what had happened and they told me that they refunded my money for march 15. I then explained to them that i was told i would recieve a full refund for feb. 2012 my account membership was canceled and that there was no reason for them to charge me today. I was then told that it was impossible for them to refund money to me for feb. That they can only refund the most recent transaction. Again i explain to them that i was already told i was going to recieve a refund for feb. 2012 not get charged today and refunded that money. This conversation went on for about 5 more minutes. I then asked to speak with a manager. The supervisor on shift whos name is Kris listened to my complaint and then she proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do that they can only refund money from the most recent transaction. Again i explain to her what i was told the day before. Kris then snaps back at me telling me this complaint was already forwarded to her corporate office. I then ask her so a promise made the day before from your company telling me i would recieve a full refund from feb. 2012 will not be kept and you guys charged me today and refunded that money, how is this possible. Kris then starts speaking slowly in a sarcastic voice as if to assume i am stupid. I tell her not to speak to me that way. I then ask her to now explain this process of my complaint going to corporate office to be fixed and then Kris hangs up on me. This company should not be trusted.
