Have not received refund since Dec 10

Starting on November 23 when I agreed to try this network out for only $2.99 and was told I would get $100 free gas and a walmart gift card for free. I was under the impression I had a month to cancel and then on December 10th they charged me an addtional $59.99 monthly fee. I called them and explained that I was not told that they would be charging my account this early. They finally agreed to refund my money (all of it including the $2.99, since I had to have the gas receipts in before I cancelled). They told me it would take about 10 business days. Today is January 28 many days passed 10 business days. After the 10 days I was calling them daily asking for my refund and now I have just been calling weekly or even every 2 weeks just hoping I will get it. They have told me several different things. First and mostly they tell me it's being processed and I will get my refund when they are done processing it. Another person told me that they would send out a check and that I would have it within 3 business days. Still no check or refund on my bank account, nothing. I have come to the conclusion that they are not going to refund my money even though they said they would and they gave me a cancellation number, I feel they are just hoping that I will eventually just chalk it up to bad experience. A company should not be running a business like this. To me they are thieves because they do not honor what they say they will do. I have tried several times to speak to a manager and I get nothing but a run-a-round. They will not forward me to someone in charge. Today the person I spoke to even blamed it on my bank and I don't see why my bank wouldn't take a refund from them when they gladly took the charge.
