Incompetent and dangerous!

Regardless of how early I mail my prescription, they always manage to leave me without medication for more than a week, and then suggest for me to go pay full price for a 10 day prescription to hold me over until the mail me my prescription that they have been sitting on for 3 weeks. Not only they fail to fax the verification forms to the doctor, but then they lie about it. All of them, regardless who you speak with, will tell you a different story. They are so incompetent, they can't even keep their lies straight. They should make notes so the next rep can at least keep the lie consistent. It is hell trying to get medication from them, and since our insurance is attached to this company, we are screwed! I have spoken to customer service, "SENIOR" customer service, and supervisors, not one of them can tell the same story and stick to it. Here I go again, I have to be another week without my medication because of their incompetence. I wonder how many people's lives have they put at risk with their lousy practices. I'm pretty sure we will soon see a lawsuit because they've kill someone. I will be glad to testify of the many times they have screwed my medication.
