Mail Order Prescription

Their process is horrible. I get calls that I cannot get a prescription then when I arrange to get my medicine another method, they won't approve the insurance coverage for the medication because their prescription that they said I could not get has been "shipped out that morning". Why does it take two weeks to get medicine and during the process I am able to get two phone calls and a letter stating I cannot get the medication? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANY MEDICATION THAT IS CRITICAL TO YOUR HEALTH. Their solution, pay out of pocket but it won't be reimbursed because theirs is "in the mail".
