I was in dire need of money and have always been suspicious but I never heard of Green Dot packets or preloaded cards. I tried it and thought the money would be in my account in a few hours... I said after I gave him the numbers in gray that unwittingly I was scammed in no fault but my own at the lowest point in my life... Live and learn but I want everyone to know, it can happen to the best of suspicous minds!!
