First, in the Guide to Natural Healing collection, the cards are numbered. They come randomly selected instead of chronological order, so if your last card was, say, 162, you would think that was the "last" card. Not so. Expect, half way through, to begin receiving cards numbers in the 200's. What a shock!!!
There is no place online or in the literature where you can find out how many cards are ACTUALLY in each section. Once you get to that halfway point and receive the next packet with the cards numbered in the 200's, you are hooked because you don't want to seem like a fool for subscribing all that time, and paying all that money! But no one ever has an opportunity to really make a judgment about the investment they will be making. They never tell you how many packets there really are!!!
Then they sent inserts indicating that they were ending the collection. The inserts indicated that the collection would be closed out but again - no date. It is 12-31-10, by the way. I called to take advantage of the "special offer" to purchase the remaining cards in bulk, but was told I needed 15 more packets, and only 2 were available. The rest were not being printed anymore, and no plans to make any special printing.
Oh, and the minimum order for the packets is 5. Kind of a Catch-22. I could not even order the 2 that were in print. This is the age of digital printing. So, why not offer consumers willing to buy the packets the ability to place a special order to complete their sets? No new orders - just existing customers with that product.
I will never do business with them again, and discourage anyone else from subscribing. You never know when they will pull the rug out from under you and give you no options whatsoever - other than buying ANOTHER product that "they think you would like." NOT!!!
