Damaged goods, with BedBugs

Around or before the holidays in We rented a queen bedroom set, mattress and boxspring, A few weeks later I and my grandaughter and niece started getting rashes, and bites that looked like chicken pox, I called rent a center and complained that we may have bedbugs, They came out looked and sent someone few days later to spray and told us that should take care of the issue, Not knowing how serious this was about to get, Weeks past and it was getting worse, called rent a center again told them we are still having issues, They said they will exchange out the matress and boxspring, and they did, We were still getting bites, rashes and Iching issues beyond believe, We called furious this time and said we are still haveing issues with this, They sent out a bug specailist and one of the delivery man not manager or supervisor to check bed and home, His report to us stated that the headboard and part of the matress was infected with nest and bedbugs and was a serious issue, We were upset and furious over this, Time had to be taking off from work being a nurse caring for disabled people, and my 13yr old daughter was so infected by this we had to seek medical attention for her bites, which were also causing headache and swelling on the infected areas, we have to according the person to spray our home wash, bag, dry, laundry all clothing even if its been hanging and washed allready. And least to say trying explain to a specail needs child that all there stuff animails have to be thrown out, The store has yet to fail to even apologize for the issue and damages we are enduring, The exterminator said this issue is from the store re-renting furniture that was properly washed, or sprayed or even santized before selling or re-renting to another customer. And it took over a week for the adjuster for this claim to even get back to us after three emails, and two phone calls, Our advice to others out there thinking about renting from these places, DONT, THANKS
