Conns electronics very bad service at conns store by the woodlands

I have never been so UNHAPPY with aproduct or it's service as I have with this issue. I purchased a brand new 2 matress
They have just one at the store and they said the other will be at teh location the next day... After a week & a half waiting for the mattress and several calls still no matress that was already paid. Of course because they never told me they just have at the location before I paid.

After week and a half waiting I show at the store where of course the store manager never was there (Chris Brown) and stand there per almost 2 hours trying to solve my problem, their choice was to give me a froor matress (supossed to be a new model).. Who knows. And I have to pay the difference on the price... After me saying I will not paid any penny more, I asked for my money back...

Three weeks later the other matress was in very bad shape and look like we have being using this matress per years and no just less than a month.

My son called Conns and the y said they need to send someone to check if was true that the mattress was in bad shape. Of course it took more than 4 weeks until someone caqme to my house and said: " YES THE MATTRESS IS BAD... WAIT FOR A CALL TO GIVE YOU A NEW ONE..." no one call, after a week my son stop by the store nad they saiod he needs to bring the matress back and get a new one... Of course now we decide to ge5t a better brand and not their own brand mattress. We pick a SEALLY mattress were my son was agree to payv the difference. Again nobody said they do not have the mattress at the store until he paid... At that point they told him, the mattress will be at the store today, Thursday, 08... in the mean time, we have to take back the bad mattress home and wait until they get the newone becuase the wont be able to even give us the free delivery after this nightmare... Surprise suprise... My son call today asking a what time he's going to pick the mattress... No mattress at the store... Until Saturday... Tired roundtrip with the mattress we are asking for 100% refund of our money. Again, no Store Manager at the Store (Chris Brown), I tried to reach the District manager (Tom Miller) and of course is off today... And the sub manager do not have any authority to solve this kind of problem... The only choice they're given to us is a credit store. As I said I don't want a do more bussiness with them... I'm done with CONN"S. I dont' want a credit store, I don't want a mattress from them...

I have never experienced such horrible Customer Service, I called customer service number to file a claim. After the put your call on hold they hang up... Should the be call "CUSTOMER SERVICE..."???

My son have back pain due the bad mattress... I;m asking myself. Should I take him to a therapist and charge the bill to Conn's...??? Yeah right!
