Rent-A-Center Ripoff I have rented furniture from them and the service is lousy and they harass you for the money

My name is carmelia johnson and I have rented from Rent A center several item. Wash machine, stero to name a few. The store always does not do their service calls for repairs on some ofd these items I have rented in the past. And they always call asking before are you coming in to pay the bill? Even if they have not gotten the repairs done. It is very unfair for them to ask for monies and they take their time about getting you're repairs.

I am so sick of them that I was renting a wash machine and I am going to give it back they give you a headache. I have heard other complain about the harassing on the phone about you're payments. The staff there is not nice, when it comes to handling the customers. They charge you almost double the price of the merchandise. Wow they have alot of nerves. They advertise all the time on t.V. BUT it is nothing goopd about it. They had a class action suit filed on them about a year ago.

Let people know that they stink on taking care of the customers needs and that is not right
