I sold a coin to Masaharu E Tamada email address: (Personal Info Removed). His or her Ebay ID was Mtaman. He wanted it shipped to (Personal Info Removed). Then paypal refunded the money to this person on March 15 stating that the coin was charged without permission. I am getting ready to file suit against Paypal and Ebay in small claims court since they were already aware of this scam artist. Would any one be interested in a class action suit against them? If you have filed suit what did you do and how was it settled? Several have been fleeced by this person and one was an attorney. He got paypal to settle.
