Coin buyer refunded by PayPal as unauthorized charge in March

I sold a coin to Masaharu E Tamada, whose eBay ID was Mtaman. Then PayPal refunded the money to this person on March 15, stating that the coin was charged without permission.

I am getting ready to file suit against PayPal and eBay in small claims court, since they were already aware of this scam artist. Would anyone be interested in a class action suit against them? If you have filed suit, what did you do and how was it settled? Several people have been fleeced by this person, and one was an attorney. He got PayPal to settle.
