Exhorbitant fees and holding of funds

On Sunday, November I was paid $170 thru Paypal. They assed $5.23 in fees.in addition, my funds will not be released to me for a week or 2.in addition, when I make an eBay purchase, I am immediately directed to Paypal. I am not even able to use Paypal crecit anymore. Paypal and eBay are colluding and working together and making money thru bank float. Please initiate a class action suit. I would like to see an antitrust suit. This is ridiculous. Please provide us with some relief because it is infuriating.
