I live in a small mobile home 12X50. My utility bill for electric is on average always been for 10 years 65-85 per month. I receive a bill every two months. I just received an astronomical bill for two months for 246! I called then and told them it was spiked and that this was impossible since no changes were made. They have not done anything about it thus far.
