Outstanding Bill

For the past couple of months my electric bill has been in the range of $300.00 every single month! However that is highly impossible being I live alone, am out of the house 10 to 12 hours a day. My heater is turned off at night. I will turn it on for a few hours if needed to take the chill out of the house once I am home. My home is supposedly an energy efficient home that is only a year old. I am currently dealing with a bill that is $1,169.49. Although I was put on a payment plan just as soon as I was put on the plan I was taken off. I was told that the bill was due on the 16th of each month I did make the payment, however I was told today that the bill was due on the 14th of the month and that is why I was taken off. I do NOT have $1,169 to give to PECO. I was told to fax over information regarding my electric heating system. Have to wait 30 days for the outcome, just thought that I would file my complaint ahead of time.
