I REFUSE to take greyhound as long as I live. I have been repeatedly mailing letters for my damaged luggage. For over a year and a half and have recently got a letter back stating that they couldnt fulfill my claim. I submitted all the proper documentation at the time it was due and I have delivery confirmation that it was submitted with the 10 days. They really dont give you ten days for you get their letters 5 days after what is printed on the letter. There is no phone number of the person (s) who do the baggage claims so in order to get in touch with them you have to write letter. I am sick of writing letters... I told this to customer service and they still told me to write a letter to them. I feel that they aer getting over on people when it comes to their missing/damaged luggage. If this isnt the case then there should be a better and effective way of communication. Greyhound doesn't honor their customers of this matter as I have experienced and I REFUSE to take another greyhound bus in my life.
