On June 10 I went to the Washington DC depot @2am to board the bus to New York City. I have been traveling by Greyhound from Washington DC to New York since 1997... I gave my luggage to the baggage handler and boarded the bus and went to sleep. When I arrived in New York at 6:15am, I disembarked the bus and asked the driver where my luggage was, he was very rude and shrugged his shoulder and stated that it must have been pulled off in Baltimore... I didn't know that there was a stop in Baltimore... Now everything I had to wear because of a wedding and 3 graduations I was attending and my gifts were in that luggage. When I went to file a claim, Greyhound dismissed my claim stating that I needed a computerized claim ticket. I have been traveling for a long time and all that is needed is a name tag on the luggage if you were traveling from Washington DC to New York City any further then a computerized baggage claim is required. Greyhound just dismissed my claim without any appeal... Please help me
