My name is Valentina Ryabova. I have purchased a Bloomspot coupon for a 60 minute Hot stone massage at Studio F3, Washington, DC. I have just returned from that place without getting any massage as the vendor was very rude with me. He started my appointment with complaining how coupons destroy his business because people abuse their usage buying several at once, even if I have nothing to do with this situation. I have mentioned to him that I have been at his place once a while ago. He started complaining that he will not give me massage as I am not a new client and the coupons are only for new clients. He started demanding a big tip and interrogating me if I come back and pay a full price for his service. He behaved like he was about to make me a big favor, even if I paid my money for a coupon and didn’t ask anything for free. The whole conversation was very rude and insulting. I was not in the mood to get any massage after listening to all his rude complaints and pressure he put on. It was an 8 am appointment that completely ruined my morning. I am reporting this situation in order to prevent other his customers to find themselves win my shoes.
