I have used Bellsouth (now ATT) for the entire time I've owned my small business in Hanahan SC. But the transition to AT&T has been a nightmare for me. The websites for both Business Telephone services and Business Advertising Solutions have NEVER functioned for me. I have been on the phone with customer service for hour upon hour trying to set up my accounts so they can be paid on time AND ONLINE. Time and time again the log in fails... Then click the "help" buttons only to be directed to error message upon error message because the website does not function. The entire web experience just trying to find a customer service link that works and gets you where you are supposed to be is so crazy I cannot believe a company of this size would tolerate such a poorly written site. Just today I have been on the phone with them since 12:30pm - it is now 2:11pm and I am still waiting on a return phone call. The Business Customer Service line has a 50 MINUTE hold time. This is unacceptable and ridiculous! They offer the convenient "Call Back" service but to have to wait 50 minutes to solve a business issue with their service is absolutely absurd. Today I have given them an ultimatum. Fix the problem within 48 hours or cancel ALL of my business dealings with AT&T. There are numerous companies (and much smaller companies too) that offer Business phone services and advertising to choose from these days. I am at the end of my ropes with AT&T. Get it right within 48 hours or hit the road!
