Hang up by customer service Will not give re-contact info and will not let customer service call customer back. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Spent 1 hour on phone

Cu9stomer service is a JOKE! I spent 1 hour on the phone and could not get a person or supervisor to solve the problem. Finally I got a male who was not allowed to call me back or give me a contact phone # or extension. He understood the problem and them asked me to give him a minute. I got 3 beeps on my phone when he put me on hold (I think he hung up since I got three beeps on my cell phone). A wasted hour and also an expensive hour for charter. My problem was their error and CHARTER will not let their local customer desk make any decisions to solve THEIR problems.

I called back and could only get aN OVERSEAS contact who refused to give me to a supercisor. There was 1 hour of conversation and details and I had to give it to them all again before they would give me to a supervisor.
Charter offers NO CUSTOMER SERVICE unless it favors them.
Charter is in many places in the USA that they have a MONOPLY. They know it and treat us much worst than when they have competion.

BANKRUPTCY laws need to not include companies that PROMISE AND THEN DO NOT MEET THEIR PROMISES.
I signed up for a package and received a bill for $100 more than I signed up.

Why should i spend all this time to do business with a company

That can't even give good customer service because they will not follow the decision their representatives make and will not let them call the CUSTOMERS.
They must think they are a bank.
They charge us a month in advance and will not perfrome.
