I received a package on 5/24 containing a bottle of "ResV Amazing" that I did not order. There was no paperwork included in the package. Since I hadn't ordered the item, I checked for unrecognized charges on my credit card and found "AUIRSUPPORT.com (877) 599 1197 GB" listed with charges of $49.95 on 5/14. I called the number.

I told the person who answered that I had not ordered the item and wanted $49.95 credited back to my card (they HAD THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER!). They said as soon as I returned the item I would receive a refund and that I should return the product to Healthy Choice, 1417 Dolgner Pl, Sanford, FL 32771. After I hung up, it occurred to me that it was going to cost me several dollars to return (with delivery confirmation) a product that I hadn't ordered in the first place!

I have also disputed the transaction with my bank and, depending on the advice I receive from their fraud department, probably won't be spending any money to return the item either. }:-[
