Is a ripoff

I ordered the trail and 10 days later i was charged $99.90 on my credit card. I did not authorize this charge nor did i authorize delivery of the product. I hadn't even received the trail at that point.

Unfortunately, i had to move out of the state where they delivered the package. My previous address "returned to sender". Three weeks later, i called lean life pm to find out if they had received the package (spoke to daisy) and they stated that they had received the item and that i would be credited within 30 days.

Here we are 4 months later and i have not received my credit. I have put in 3 disputes with my credit card and lean life pm keeps stating that they never received the item. They are stating that i must fax over proof of return. Well, it was "return to sender". Hard to show proof of that and they know that! So this is why they are retracting their statement of receipt of the item.

I do not recommend this product or service at all!!!
