Where are you?

When my wife and I finally saved enough ti get flooring for out kitchen I told her that Sears stands behind their products and they will always be there for repair work.

In March flooring was laid and shortly after a bulge appeared. I contacted my local agent, was transferred and the gentleman said he would contact me that day or the next. I was contacted about a week later from, a lady @ 1-800 222 5030 ext 5567 who asked how the quality of the repair was, I told her no one followed up and she would take care of it.
About 3 weeks later, nothing having been done I called again and left a message that according to the machine, "someone will contact you today".

Several days later I called again, she asked me to stay on the phone and arranged a 3 way call with the local office. I was old someone would be here between 10 AM and 12 AM.

So on my day off I sat and waited. About noon and man called asking if he could arrange a time to come by. When I asked him about being here in the 2 hour window he knew nothing about it. He did come by and said he could fix the problem easy. I told him I was off on Tuesday and Wednesdays so call me and let me know when you can be here. With that he said he would look at his schedule and get back to me, 3 weeks ago.

Never heard from him, no national follow up no local follow up, no one cares.
