Poor service - phones not working

Had comcast install Xfinity yesterday, phones, not working today. Cannot get phone calls IN, can only call out. Husband had surgery yesterday, is disabled and has many health problems. I called yesterday when I found out the phones are not ringing. I was told atechnician would be here between 2 & 4. No one showed up or called. I called in again today and was told someone would be here today between 1 & 3. Again no one showed up. I have askedto speak to a supervisor and no one was available. A supervisor is supposed to call me on my cell phone. Person I talked to says my phones are showing that they are working properly. 5 phones in house that worked before yesterday and not 1 is working today.
