Phones Not Ringing After Xfinity Install and Technician No-Shows

Had Comcast install Xfinity yesterday, phones, not working today. Cannot get phone calls IN, can only call out. Husband had surgery yesterday, is disabled and has many health problems. I called yesterday when I found out the phones are not ringing. I was told a
technician would be here between 2 & 4. No one showed up or called. I called in again today and was told someone would be here today between 1 & 3. Again no one showed up. I have asked
to speak to a supervisor and no one was available. A supervisor is supposed to call me on my cell phone. Person I talked to says my phones are showing that they are working properly. 5 phones in house that worked before yesterday and not 1 is working today.
