I went to go order 80m plus 10% and when i bought it i went to customer support to c what i was supposed to do and they told me to email them my rs characters name since i was a first time customer so i did and they said they would check it and they did and said they would get their person to trade me when they wer ready so a couple hours passe and nothing so i asked again and they said the same thing then another hr passed and i asked again and now they dont answer me =/. Can i some how get my money back or is there somthing i can do?
