Ripoff to consumers and non Mormon employees - employee inside information buyjones.com

I have worked for jones auto outlet for 2 years and I have seen and heard a lot of stuff when I was working there. For example I have over heard car sales men talking about how they have switched peoples credit applications and one sales man actually showed me I asked him why they do it and he said we think certain people deserve a better car than others so all we do is just switch things with other applications so they can get a better deal than others.

I also have seen them take a trade in from people and after the people would leave the lot with a car that jones financed for them they would have me or another person drive the trade in to a different jones car lot to hide it then within a matter of a week they would go to the peoples house and reposed the car they got them in and then they would immediately take the repo to a car auction to get rid of it for a quick sale but jones would not tell them why they repoed the car and would not give back the trade in, basically would not tell the customer that they did not qualify for the car they originally drove home in and the customer would lose their car.

Jones would also have people that were friends of theirs come into the dealer ship and any customer that would be their waiting for hours to find out if they got a deal on a car they would either tell the customer to come back another day or they would tell the customer that the price and the monthly payment would be a totally out rages price so they would have to not come back. The reason they treat people that way is jones auto outlet is basically owned by Mormons and the time i was working their they would treat non Mormons different than Mormons.

Since I worked their I have worked so much over time which they refuse to pay me i have asked the manager over and over about the over time pay but he would say, that will be one big separate check I would eventually get. Now its either dont bother me about it, I dont have time for this, or come back a different day. I have all the pay stubs and not one has any over time on them! I added up the hours and times it by 8.50 a hour it adds up to around 3,000.00

I know that Arizona's a right to work state but under the state labor laws no matter what any thing over 40 hours they company must pay over time, especially when they would say to me, you want to work extra hours and make overtime? And also when i was working there I asked lot attendants from other jones car lots if they got paid overtime and they said yes one actually showed me his pay stubs and it had overtime on it. The only thing I can think of, is, because I am not LDS, Mormon, they have ripped me off. If this is an oversight the main owners are not aware of all this, then, maybe this report will get to them and they will rectify the situation.
