Refuse to refund - did not fix the problem

Took our truck to get a light fixed. Did not pass emissions test. He said for sure after diagnostic he knew what the problem was. We paid to have the erg vacuum solinoid replaced. A couple days later, the light was on. We took it back. Oh, he said, we were given the wrong part. Left the truck for 2 days. We get a call from Bob saying now the computer just generated a new code and there is a grounding problem so now we need to take it to a dealership. I call the dealership. The guy says I can tell Bob to put the original part back in, get our money back and they would fix it. Dealership service man also thinks its strange that they could diagnosis but not fix the problem. I explain to dealership that they put in a wrong part the first time and am told that it's possible that it could have caused a problem, but not sure until they can see it. Bob keeps saying it has a new code, he through the original part away, nothing he can help us with. So, we are left with a truck that is still not fixed, now has a bigger problem, and we lost over 300 dollars because Bob refuses to do the right thing and give it back so we can use it to get a true diagnosis and get the right repairs. We spent a total of 3 weeks dealing with this guy and his continuous excuses why they keep screwing things up. We want our money back. They did not fix the problem and are possibly responsible for a bigger more expensive one we now have to fix. The dealership says they can tell us exactly. We need help!!
