Discovered an unauthorized charge on my debit card. When I called the bank, I was told that it was actually charged to my "old" debit card. I had gone through a divorce and the "old" card had my married name on it, my current card has my maiden name on it. I do not purchase anything online, and understand from many others that it has nothing to do with that. I reported the fraud, and am awaiting papers in the mail as I live out of state from the institution I set up my acct. With. The account is closed now.
