Unauthorized Debit Card Purchase in the amount of $4.95

Unauthorized $4.95 charge on my Debit Card. I have never heard of this company before, nor have I EVER used my Debit Card to make an Online purchase!
My Bank has refunded the $4.95, cancelled my Debit Card, and will reissue a new one to me in the next 7-10 days.
I have NO IDEA how my Debit Card info was compromised, though my Bank suggested that perhaps somebody covertly obtained it when I bought gasoline & used "Pay at the Pump" (which is what I always do when I buy gas).
