I have never ordered from this company. I called their number, 888.554.8597 today. They are refunding my money in 3-5 business days, or at least, that's what the customer service said. The company claims their service is from another purchase done online; referred to the whole scam as an "online transaction." Their service is where I can talk to a doctor about my health; don't need this service while serving on active duty and have available free health care. Customer service is very rude and one operator hung up on me. They can't tell me what was purchased that automatically incurred their service & charges. Nor can they explain the differences in amount charged. If this was a service, as they say, the amount would be the same every time. I'm reporting these charges to my back as fraud/scam. I bet DietLeaderMD is a must "opt out" check on another website and sounds like no one, including myself, decide to uncheck the box. How spineless! The government needs to go after "companies" like this.
