Ordered on 4/13 shipped 4/17 received on 4/25 calle to tell them the product idnt do as thy said told me the return policy was to send it back unopen in product packa ge and there would be a 15% charge for relinshing what a joke how can it be A RISK FREE TRAIL if you cant use it?
