The advertisement stated risk free trail for s&h only $4.95. Upon receipt sample product the return policy contradicts the stated customer service policy. How do get trail product then return within 14 days unused vs. Must be returned unopened within 30days. It states the actual product purchase will be 39.95 then i was told by the rep. Alicea i owe $76.00 and the credit bureau's will show balance 76.00 for non payment of a trial product.
