10 days trail from the moment you place the order. Can't return anything if after 10 days, even if you didn't open the box. Plus they send you the 1 month worth in the trail box and never tell you they are going to do that. They do not put that on the "thanks for ordering " email they send to you. Very, misleading. Will not let you return anything, will only cancel the next months shippment so you are stuck with a $78 charge on your credit card.
Never, ever buy from these people. They are thieves... I am a recovering cancer patient with not great teeth and my dentist told me NOT to use this product. Of course I thought I had 10 days from when I RECEIVED the product, not so, it starts from when you ordered it. So I didn't even try the trail and there is nothing I can do. My Credit Card company said that if that is their policy there isn't anything I can do.
