A vehecle with a bad engine, cracked wind sheild, and very service

On the date mentioned, my wife and I purchased a 2009 chevey Tahoe. I noticed some vibrations and asked about them. It was stated to me that while the finishing paperwork was being completed, The car would be put on a lift and checked out by a computer and the oil would be ckecked and the car would be cleaned. When all was said and done I then asked again about the oil and the engine. It was confirmed that the all was taken care of. I double checked because I told him that I was leaving out of town back home from there and they assured me that all was well. When i got about more than haLF of the way, The car started making a loud noise. I later found out that was due to not having oil in the car causing cylindrer six to blow out. I contacted the dealer and the promised that I would be repayed for any costs for the trip that IU did not receive. No one shared any info to me until closing after having me wait an entire day at the dealer. It is my hope that I can return this car back to the dealer for a full refund and compasation for all of my unnecessary travelling. The is still not properly working and I would rather do business with someone else
