Lucky's Deli III

In the past two months I have received charges from businesses from Keystone Heights, OR. The merchant is listed as a Hotel/Motel. I do not remember the first merchant name, but the 2nd was Lucky's Deli III. However, when I looked online for both merchants I could not find anything. The first transaction after 10 days pending, never posted so my back simply deleted it. So I never got to dispute the charge. I am looking to see if anyone else has seen charges like this on there bank account to see if this is going to be a common problem. I just find it odd that the transaction never finalized.
