Horrible Customer Service at Pavilions Deli

Today, I had attempted to order a sandwich from the deli counter with cut sourdough bread, as I have done many times before at the same deli, and I was told that they were out of the bread. I explained that I had just ordered one the prior week and that they could simply take a loaf out of the bread isle. I was told by the deli clerk that they could no do that. After trying to come to terms with being in a major grocery store and being told that the deli was out of sourdough bread, I was then told to speak to the manager... Which I did. He flatly denied me the sandwich of my choice and the clerk claimed that they had stopped doing those types of sandwiches a long time ago. I explained that I had just received one the prior week and the deli clerk said that that was impossible. So, not only did I not get my ususal sandwich, I was also made out to be liar in front of a crowd, which is totally unacceptable and about as rude as it can get. How assinine is this that I am insulted by a deli clerk, and all over a cut sourdough bread sandwich, with the manager standing right there? I'm at least owed an apology... If nothing else.
